Pork jerky
2lb pork loin roast - sliced against the grain 1/4 inch
(if fresh, place in freezer for 2-3 hours until somewhat frozen. This will make it easier to slice evenly.)
2TB Korean fermented pepper paste; ko chu jang, 고추장
1TB Chinese Chili Bean Sauce; TobanDjang, 辣豆瓣酱
1TB Korean pepper flakes; ko chu ka ru; 고춧가루
2ts garlic powder
1ts onion powder
1ts ground ginger
1/2 ts white pepper
1ts honey
1ts sesame oil
1/2 cup soy sauce
